Micro Temperature Measurement system

Measurement system consisting of a combination of specific platinum resistance sensors and a high resolution electronics. The measuring resistors are pre-aged according to specific procedure with guarantees extraordinary long-term stable properties.
Das µTM is equipped with an internal drift recognition system for the measuring elements and the electronics. An alarm is output in case of a drift.
The high accurate measurement system is calibrated and adjusted as a complete system at fixpoints according to the ITS90.
